ultrasonic generator. More than 55 years of experience in the field of

1.COMPACT DESIGN -
Space-saving assembly of the ULTRAPLAST AMG ensures maximum freedom
in planning and design. Thanks to its compact type, the generator
fits into any 300 mm standard electrical cabinet models.
State-of-the-art coolplate technology enables a sustainable cooling
concept.
2.MODULARITY -
ULTRAPLAST AMG is available in a large number of variants with three
different weld frequencies and application-based software modules,
which ensure customized device configuration. Maximum power range:
700 to 2000 Watt.
3.EASY TO USE -
Easy installation, fast setup, straight-forward operability -
handling of the ULTRAPLAST AMG is extremely simple. All major device
and process data are backed up on a MicroSD card so that fast
replacement of devices can be carried out without data loss.
Software updates can be easily carried out via the USB interface.
4.DIAGNOSTICS -
Due to its graphical display, the diagnostics and operating software
AMGsim ensures fast and easy understanding of the weld process
without the need for expert knowledge. The Ethernet network provides
access to all process data during ongoing production so that users
can individually perform optimization processes.
5.COMMUNICATION -
HCI - Herrmann Communication Interface: An Ethernet interface allows
for safe and fast communication of the machine controller with the
ULTRAPLAST AMG. Programing components and a completed user interface
accelerate the software programing. The entire functional scope is
directly available for use.
6.CONNECTIVITY -
In addition to many convenient interfaces, an analog interface is
provided for direct connection of a measurement sensor to streamline
the machine controller. All conventional fieldbus modules are
available for connections within industrial network environments.
7. DIGITAL CONTROL TECHNOLOGY
A universal controller carries out a brief individual PreScan of
each sonotrode and thus ensures optimum vibrating behavior of the
weld tool. In this way, best-possible operating conditions and
gentle handling of ultrasonic components are guaranteed.

In addition to leading-technology products, we provide excellent,
in-depth application consulting to solve joining tasks, taking
economic aspects into account. For our customers, we assume both the
role of consultant and application problem solver with regards to the
ultrasonic joining technology for plastics.
1.Time -
The ultrasonic output ends after the defined ultrasonic output
duration.
2.Power -
Is used as the switch-off criterion if the defined power limit is
exceeded. This mode is used in spot welding, for example.
3.Energy -
The ultrasonic output ends upon introduction of the required amount
of energy. Consistent energy results in a consistent melt volume,
which, in turn, ensures uniform weld strength.
4.Depth RPN (Reference Point Numeric) -
The start point of the weld process is referenced to the point of
tool contact on the component surface. From there, the weld process
is active until a defined weld depth is achieved. This mode
compensates for dimen- sional tolerances, which can for example
occur due to different multicavity molds. The weld depth is always
the same and the generated melt volume remains constant - this is
vital for repeatable weld results.
5.Distance ABS (absolute) -
In this mode, ultrasonic is switched off as soon as the sonotrode
has reached its absolute end position. This operating mode is used
for achieving equal and repeat- able application heights after the
weld process.
