1999

Mr Jignesh Parekh & Mrs Rupal Parekh formed SJP Enterprise where Ultrasonic Plastic welding labour job activity was carried out

2003

Mr Jignesh Parekh & Mr PravinChandra Parekh formed SJP & Company where Ultrasonic Plastic welding machines tooling manufacturing activity was carried out

2006

Mr Jignesh Parekh formed SJP Ultrasonics where Ultrasonic Plastic welding machine & toolings business were being carried out

2007

We received a distribution license to sell Dukane Ultrasonic machines.

Manufactured 1st Vibration welding tool

2012

In 2012, Manufactured 1st Hot Plate welding tool & Merged all 3 companies and formed SJP Ultrasonics Pvt Ltd. We established SJP Ultrasonics as a private limited company. During the same year, we relocated to a new facility in Dhumal Nagar, Vasai East, spanning 6000 square feet and outfitted with manufacturing and design capabilities.

Contract Ended with Dukane & Started manufacturing Automation systems like Robotics , Pick & place , Conveyor & many more machines .

2015

Secured representation of Sonics and Materials, USA, for selling their Ultrasonic Welding Machine in India.

2016

Obtained dealership agreement with King Ultrasonic, Taiwan, and liaisoning for Herrmann Ultraschall, Germany, to sell their Ultrasonic Welding Machines in India. Inaugurated a new branch in Gurgaon, Haryana, with a sales and service team of 10 members.

Secured representation of Saidensha Japan and Mecstech Korea.

Relocated to a new facility in Shiv Shankar Complex, Vasai East, with. in-house manufacturing and design facilities covering an area of 15,000 square feet.

Manufactured fully automatic face mask machines during COVID period and exported to USA, & Formed a new sales & service team in Kolkata, West Bengal, with a team of 3 members.

Formed a new sales & service team in Rajkot, Gujarat, with a team of 3 members.

Chairman & Managing Director

Mr. Jignesh Pravinchandra Parekh

Jignesh Pravinchandra Parekh, aged 46 years, is one of the Promoter, Chairman and Managing Director of our Company. He holds diploma in plastic engineering from Shri Bhagubhai Mafatlal Polytechnic. He has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. Presently, he heads joint ventures and sales & marketing divisions of our Company. He has vast knowledge and experience in the field of manufacturing and development for over twelve years.

Mrs. Rupal Jignesh Parekh

Parekh Rupal Jignesh, aged 45 years, is the Promoter and Whole-time Director of our Company. She holds diploma in fashion designing from India International Trade Centre (IITC) and also holds Montessori diploma from Association Montessori Internationals. She has been associated with our Company since its incorporation. Presently, she heads admin and strategic planning divisions of our Company. She has over twelve years of vast experience in the field of administration and strategic planning.

Mr. Rajesh Girish Jain

Rajesh Girish Jain, aged 34 years, is an Additional Independent Director of our Company. He attended University of Mumbai from bachelor's degree in management. In the past he was associated with HDFC Bank Limited in the capacity of manager. He has five years of experience in banking and finance. He has been associated with our Company since May 15, 2024.

Ms. Shivanni Sujal Shah

Shivanni Sujal Shah, aged 27 years, is an Additional Independent Director of our Company. She attended Jai Hind College to pursue bachelor’s degree in commerce and University of Mumbai to pursue master’s degree in commerce. She also has completed all 3 levels of CFA program organised by CFA Institute. In the past, she was associated with Webull Equity Broking Private Limited in the capacity of independent fundamental research analyst and with PhillipCapital (India) Private Limited in the capacity of intern. She has three years of experience in the field of equity markets. She has been associated with our Company since October 11, 2023.

Vaibhav Hemantbhai Bhatt, aged 46 years, is an Additional Independent Director of our Company. He holds bachelor’s degree in commerce from Commercial University Limited, Delhi. In the past he was associated with Kifs Securities Private Limited in the capacity of A.V.P.- Business Development; with PhillipCapital (India) Private Limited in the capacity of senior manager. He has six years of experience in business development. He has been associated with our Company since May 15, 2024.

Mr. Jamshed Kokab Khan

Jamshed Kokab Khan, aged 37 years is the Company Secretary and Compliance Officer of our Company. He attended Pt. Ravishankar Shukla University, Raipur to pursue bachelor’s degree in commerce. He is an associate member of the Institute of Company Secretaries of India. In the past he was associated with Shree Arihant Trade Links India Private Limited and with Atmastco Limited in the capacity of company secretary. He is having an experience of 9 years in the field of corporate law compliances and legal matters. He shall be responsible for heading the secretarial and compliance division of our Company. He has been associated with our Company since August 27, 2024 and therefore has not received any remuneration in the preceding Fiscal.

Chief Financial Officer

Mr. Chirag Barot

Chirag Natvarlal Barot, aged 27 years is the Chief Financial Officer of our Company. He attended University of Mumbai to pursue bachelor’s degree in commerce. In the past he was associated with Ashnam Retail Private Limited in the capacity of account executive; and with NJ Trading co. in the capacity of account executive. He has experience of more than 6 years in the field of accounting and finance. He has been associated with our Company since August 22, 2022 in the capacity of an accountant and was promoted as the Chief Financial Officer of our Company with effect from April 29, 2024. He heads the accounts and finance division of our Company.
